Tina Annette Stout

Tina Annette Stout, age 52, of Edgewood, MD, passed away on August 17, 2013 at Upper Chesapeake Medical Center in Bel Air, MD. Born in Martinsville, VA, she is the daughter of Virginia Marie Blankenship Birge and the late Herman Odell Smith. She owned and operated her own business, Tina's Cleaning Service. She has been with her husband for 28 years and loved her grandchildren.

In addition to her mother, Mrs. Stout is survived by her husband, Richard F. Stout; son, Ralph Clinton Walls Jr. of Havre de Grace; daughters, Kela Carter of Madison-Mayodan, NC and Terri Tramel of Smithfield, AL; stepdaughter, Dana Faye Raymond of Delta, PA; sister, Donna Marie Odell of Eden, NC; and eight grandchildren.
