Timothy Nicholas Smith Sr. (affectionately known as Tim, Tiny T, and Smifdog), a resident of Harford County Maryland, was the son of the late Preston Nicholas Smith Jr. and Janice Lynn Demby,
Timothy departed his life on January 23, 2023 in Edgewood, Maryland. He was born May 3, 1971 at Kirk Army Hospital in Aberdeen, Maryland.
Timothy received his elementary education at Old Post and William Paca Elementary School in Abingdon, Maryland and attended Harford Technical High School (for welding) in Bel Air, Maryland, and then returned to Edgewood High School to complete his high school diploma.
As a youth he sparely attended John Wesley United Methodist Church of Abingdon, Maryland.
"Tim” as he was well known in the community by family and friends, loved his family and was a protector of his mother and sisters, while being a devoted father, son, brother and uncle. He entered holy matrimony to Danielle Renee Smith on February 21, 2003 and born four children and a stepson. He took pride in naming his daughters middle names Sarina Alanis and Makayla Louchianna, and calling his son “Nicholas” instead of Timmy Jr. He adored and loved all of his children.
“Tim” enjoyed watching the Green Bay Packers (his favorite team), fast hot rod cars, driving dump trucks, fishing, hunting, playing video games, building toy model cars, cooking, working on cars, riding motorcycles and ATVs really fast, and just having a good time with his cousins and friends on Sequoia Drive, Goat Hill Road, Chapel or wherever he was. He also enjoyed beat boxing, listening to rap music and building and installing 20-inch subwoofers. He had a passion for rebuilding/restoring antique cars like his Volkswagen Beetle and Chevy Suburban truck.
“Tim” was always willing to lend a helping hand and was available whenever needed. He will be greatly missed by all that knew and loved him.
He was preceded in death by his father, Preston Smith, Jr. and his daughter Zoya Agella.
He leaves to cherish his memory his wife of 20 years, Danielle Smith; sons, Timothy Smith Jr. and Jordan Bingham; a stepson, Eric Williams Jr. (Emily); daughters, Sarina and Makayla Smith. He also leaves to cherish his memory his mother, Janice Demby; sisters, Alicia Johns (Dana Sr.) and Sharmetta Baublitz (Eric); nephews, Dana Johns Jr., Kobe Baublitz, Dasan Johns, and Kaiden Baublitz; nieces, Shykela Franklin, Bria Gibbons (Tyler), Shaira Johns, Aaliyah Baublitz, Shaylah Johns, and Maiya Baublitz; great-nephew, Khamari Draughn; great-niece, Mae Gibbons; a loving godmother Frances Lee; and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Last by not least, his best friend “Rusty” (pitbull/lab), that he shared with his mom.
Without forgetting anyone, Tim had too many favorite cousins/friends to mention, but you guys know who you are.
