Thomas Wesley Watters Sr., 84, of Forest Hill, MD, passed away on February 13, 2015. Born in Bel Air, MD, he was the son of the late Richard Wilson Watters and Lillian Thomas Watters. A veteran of the U.S. Air Force, he served our country during the Korean War. He worked for the Town of Bel Air as a Public Works Supervisor, retiring after 47 years of service. A 3rd generation Trap Shooter, he was an avid hunter, fisherman and crabber. He tried out for the Olympic Pistol Team and was a life member of the NRA and the Amateur Trap Shooters Association.
Mr. Watters is survived by his wife of 62 years, Nancy Kazue Watters; sons, Thomas W. Watters Jr. and Tyrus W. Watters both of Bel Air; brothers, Richard Watters Jr. and Lloyd Watters both of Harford County; sisters, Rebecca Watters of Aberdeen and Ella Smith of Bel Air; and grandchildren, Thomas Wesley Watters III, Benjamin James Watters, Jonathan Brass, Justin Brass and Jessica Brass, and Taylor Watters. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his brother, John Watters and Larry Watters and sister, Mabel Smith.
