Thomas Leroy Parker

Thomas Leroy Parker, age 55, of Street, Maryland passed away on August 26, 2017 at his home. Born in Havre de Grace, Maryland, he was the son of Sarah “Sally” T. Parker (nee Taylor) of Bel Air and the late Marion Thomas Parker. He graduated from Bel Air High School in 1979, and during that year also earned the rank of Eagle Scout with Troop 937. He graduated from UMBC with a degree in Film and owned and operated Cult of Personality Productions online which specialized in model kit customization. He also worked part-time at Michael's in Bel Air.

In addition to his mother, Mr. Parker is survived by his brothers, Fred Parker and William Parker (and wife Amy) of Bel Air; niece and nephew, Katherine and John Parker; and many friends.
