Thomas Joseph Peter Michels

Thomas Joseph Peter Michels, age 83, of Edgewood, MD, passed away on January 21, 2013 at his home. Born in Huntington, NY, he was the son of the late Louis and Julia Concetta Biffulco Michels. He was a truck driver for 40 years and had coached Little League Baseball and Youth Football in Dundalk. He enjoyed spending time with his family and ministering God's word. He was an avid football fan.

Mr. Michels is survived by his wife, Patricia Ann Michels; sons, Thomas Michels of Street and Mark "Tony" Michels and his wife, Candy, of Preston; daughters, Tonya Oleska and husband, Jerry, of Nanticoke, Patti Michels of Laurel, Melissa Huber and husband, Michael, of Elkton, Jessica German and husband, Frank, of Abingdon, Tradonna Michels and Julia Michels, both of Edgewood; sister, Anette Bettenelli and husband, Ray, of Bayshore, NY; 18 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his sons, Ricky and Neno Michels; brothers, John and Louis Michels; and sister, Caroline Holden.
