Thomas Kabler Ashwell

Thomas Kabler Ashwell, age 56, of Abingdon, Maryland, passed away on September 22, 2024, at Upper Chesapeake Medical Center in Bel Air, Maryland. Born in Baltimore, he was the beloved son of Bonnie (Spalla) Ashwell and the late Benjamin Ashwell, and the devoted husband of six years to Dawn Ashwell.

Thomas had a passion for reading and history, and he loved supporting his children in their sporting events. He took great pride in his garden and enjoyed spending time working in his yard.

In addition to his mother and wife, Thomas is survived by his loving daughters, Colleen Ashwell, and Grace Ledbetter; his son, Tyler Ledbetter; his nieces, Jessica Ashwell, Kirsten Gerardine, and Lillian Williams; great-nephew, Trenton Stotler; and great-niece, Peyton Gerardine.

He was preceded in death by his father, Benjamin, and his brother, Christopher Ashwell.
