Thelma G. Robinson, age 80, of Bel Air, MD, died on October 26, 2010 at her home. Born in Frederick, MD, she was the daughter of the late John Clayton White and Ardella Lillian Weedon White-Williams, and wife of the late Bernard Cornelius Robinson. She was a member of St. Mary's Episcopal Church in Abingdon, the Ladies Auxiliary American Legion Post #55 in Bel Air, and was a past member of Fairview A.M.E. in Forest Hill where she served as an usher.
Mrs. Robinson is survived by her sons, Bernard H. Robinson Jr. and wife, Theresa, of Edgewood, MD, James E. Robinson, and Vincent H. Robinson and wife, Denise, all of Bel Air, MD; daughters, Joyce Robinson DeWitt and husband, Clifford, of Bel Air, MD, Mary C. Robinson Baker and husband, John, of Ithaca, NY, Ruth E. Mewborn of Edgewood, MD, and Shirley A. Greffenreid and husband, Johnnie, of Forest Hill, MD; brothers, Alexander White of Blackstone, VA, Stanley White of Brunswick, MD, John Clayton White Jr. of Kansas City, KS, and William White of Frederick, MD; sister, Betty Monroe of Brunswick, MD; 12 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents and husband, she was predeceased by her sisters, Gladys Henderson, Louise White, and Doris White.
Pallbearers will be Bernard Robinson III, Vincent Robinson Jr., John Edward Baker, Steven Robinson, Reginald Robinson, Johnnie Greffenreid Jr., and Christopher Mewborn.
