Theda Johnson

Theda Johnson, age 90, of Forest Hill, Maryland passed away on April 26, 2022 at her home. Born in Whitehead, North Carolina, she was the daughter of the late Leonard and Gladys (Joines) Pruitt and wife of the late Lester Merryman Johnson. 

She worked for the Harford County Board of Education for 40 years as a school secretary. During her career, she worked at Hickory Elementary, Edgewood Middle School, and Fallston Middle School. She was a member of Deer Creek United Methodist Church.    

Theda is survived by her sons, Kenneth Johnson (Barbara) and Larry Johnson (Valerie); daughter, Barbara Cysyk (Robert); grandchildren, Holly Johnson, Jill Frassetto (Anthony) and Evan Johnson (Alexandra); and great-granddaughters, Savannah Johnson and Alaina Johnson.
