Terry Lee Thurman

Terry Lee Thurman, 68, of Aberdeen, MD, passed away on June 14, 2015 at Harford Memorial Hospital in Havre de Grace, MD. Born in Baltimore, MD, he was the son of the late Frank Howard Thurman Sr. and Henrietta Violet Bush Thurman. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army and worked for over 40 years for the U.S. Government. Most of the time he was employed as an Engineering Technician and the areas worked included Observation Team, JPM Recon Platform, Immigration, JPM-NBC-CA and APG. He loved his grandchildren, as well as camping, fishing, boating and especially vacations at the ocean. He was a member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Aberdeen.

Mr. Thurman is survived by his wife of 47 years, Nancy Louise (Riley) Thurman; daughters, Kimberly D. Treptow and husband, Brian, of Abingdon, and Denise L. Thurman of Aberdeen; sister-in-law, Helen Thurman; grandchildren, Cierra Thurman, Mariah Treptow, Kirstin Treptow, Desean Thurman, Sade Jennings, Faith Treptow and Aryanna Thurman; and nieces, Donna Vargas and Brandi Cirillo.
