Susan Kenia Ciavolino

Susan K. Ciavolino, 86, passed away July 13, 2021. She was born in Queens, NY on September 11, 1934 to Nathan and Rebecca Schwartz.

Susan is survived by her children Marco, Gina, and Laura, and seven grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her sister Joan and former husband Michael.

Susan had a BA in Humanities from Thomas A. Edison College and a Masters Level Certificate in Gerontology from UCLA. She was a Senior Citizen Activities Director & Interpreter of American Sign Language. Susan was a talented artist in disciplines such as pottery, calligraphy, jewelry, painting, sketching, and sculpture. In the 1960's Susan was the proprietor of the Little Orient, a beloved gift shop in Flemington, NJ.
