Stanley F. Kulis, Sr., age 95, of Street, MD passed away on December 10, 2018 at the home of his son. Born in McKees Rocks, PA, he was the son of Stanislaus and Magdalence (Pospychala) Kulis and husband of the late Ida (Fickus) Kulis. A veteran of the U.S. Air Force, he served our country in WWII. He retired from Edgewood Arsenal as a Microfilm Equipment Operator and enjoyed raising beef cows, gardening, dancing, bowling, crabbing, photography, home wine-making, beekeeping and spending time at the family Broad Creek cabin.
Mr. Kulis is survived by three sons, Stanley Frank (Helen Marie) Kulis, Jr. of Cookeville, TN, Walter Richard Kulis of Street and Raymond James (Bobbi) Kulis of Street; daughter, Karen Diane Baxter of Columbia Cross Roads, PA; brother, Richard Kulis of Baltimore; grandchildren, Kimberly Baxter Baumunk, Diane Baxter, Matthew, Dannielle, and Kelly Ann Kulis; 4 great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his brothers, Edward and Melvin Kulis, sisters, Veronica Nueslein, Bertha Ross, Florence Lebert and Beatrice Grabowski, and son-in-law, Thomas Baxter.
