He is also survived by Jane’s children Phillip Tolliver and wife Tina, Michael Richardson, John Richardson and wife Angelina, and Michelle Taylor and husband Greg, and Jane’s eleven grandchildren.
In addition to his parents, Frank is predeceased by his grandson “JJ” John Harrison Wesley Frye, Jr.
Frank was well known as a contractor in Harford and surrounding counties. Building and remodeling many homes, restaurants, and stores. He was an avid NASCAR fan, who visited all but two of the NASCAR tracks. He and Jane were snowbirds for over 20 years spending the winter months at their Florida home where they enjoyed fishing traveling throughout Florida, going to the Hard Rock Casino, horse and greyhound races, and were season ticket holders for the Daytona 500.
Frank built his home on a beautiful, wooded piece of property where he spent most of his time outside watching his dogs and feeding all the animals. This was where most of our family gatherings were held and so many memories were made. Frank’s famous steamed crabs, corn on the cob, fireworks, the best bonfires, live music, birthday celebrations, Thanksgiving dinners, Christmas breakfast with Frank’s famous scrambled eggs and shooting guns with country music blaring. Frank was in his element and made everyone feel welcomed.
Frank was also known for his generosity. He knew no strangers and was always the first to offer a helping hand. He will be dearly missed.
