Skip "BJ" Kreiner Jr., age 72, of Edgewood, Maryland, passed away on March 17, 2024, at Franklin Square Hospital in Rosedale, Maryland. Born in Newport News, Virginia, he was the beloved son of the late Benedict Kreiner Sr. and Elizabeth (Wilson) Brewington. Skip was one of nine children. Skip proudly served his country as a veteran of the U.S. Air Force.
Skip found joy in the simple pleasures of life. He was an avid fan of the Baltimore Orioles and made it a point to catch every game with his sister Kathy, often accompanied by his trusty Bud Light. A natural handyman, Skip could tackle any repair or construction project with ease, earning him the reputation of being a go-to guy for friends and family. He also found fulfillment behind the wheel as a dedicated truck driver throughout his life. Among his greatest loves was his faithful companion, Ace, his cherished dog.
Skip is survived by his daughters, Samantha Kreiner, Debra Carr, Christina Miller, and Chelsea Kreiner; his grandchildren, Chloe, Jude, Zoe, and Tyler; and his great-grandchildren, Wrenley and Jenzen; and his nephews Doug Wienhold (Cheryl Wienhold), Bernie Wienhold (Barb Wienhold); and his great nephews Ryan Wienhold, Adam Wienhold, Mathew Wienhold, and Anthony Wienhold.
May he rest in peace, forever remembered, and dearly missed and loved by all who knew him.
