Shy Thomas

Shy Thomas, age 16, of Abingdon, Maryland passed away on December 19, 2021. Born in Bel Air, Maryland, she was the daughter of Sherri (Schriefer) Thomas and the late Keith Thomas. She was a former member of Mt. Zion United Methodist Church. She was currently a junior at Bel Air High School where she was a varsity cheerleader, she was an honor roll student and she enjoyed hanging out with friends and loved animals.      

In addition to her mother, Shy is survived by her sisters, Savanah Schriefer of Abingdon, MD, Ryleigh Stumpf of Bel Air, MD; brothers, Konner Thomas of Abingdon, MD, Karsen Thomas of Bel Air, MD, Bentley Stumpf of Bel Air, MD, Braxton Stumpf of Bel Air, MD; grandparents, John & Patricia Schriefer;  grandparents, Debbie Wilson, Neil & Karen Thomas; second parents, Bobby & Cathy Hruz;  godparents, Geoffrey Boecher, Heather Belt; Aunt Wendi & Uncle Chris Whittle.

She was preceded in death by father, Keith Alan Thomas, sister, Carlee Stumpf.
