Shirley O. Tompkins

Shirley O. Tompkins, 84, of Bel Air, MD passed away on September 22, 2015 at Lorien in Bel Air. Mrs. Tompkins was born in Sparrrows Point, MD and was the daughter of the late Carol Owens and Isabell Theresa (Woods) Owens and wife of the late Robert Joseph Tompkins. She was a member of Presbury United Methodist Church and a former member of Edgewood Ladies Lions Club. She loved reading, play cards, checkers, and watching soap operas.

Mrs. Tompkins is survived by her daughters, Deborah Carroll and husband Rudy Carroll of Bel Air, MD, Renee Monroe of Orlando, FL, and daughter-in-law Larraine Tompkins of Belcamp, MD; 4 grandchildren, Jason M. Carroll, Alan W. Carroll, Amanda R. Tompkins and Matthew K. Tompkins; and 7 great-grandchildren, Alyssa Carroll, Kaitlyn Carroll, Avery Markakis, McKenzie McMahan, Charles McMahan, Camryn Carroll and Jaxton Carroll. In addition to her parents and husband, she was predeceased by her son, Pastor Bob Tompkins.
