Born in Bend, Oregon, she was the daughter of the late John Dickinson and Sylva Ethel Woodard Hertz. She was a research writer for the U. S. Government. Her credits include a BS in Psychology, Wash. Mrs. Klett is survived by her husband of 56 years, Carroll James Klett of Bel Air, MD; one son, John Klett of Carmel, NY; and two grandsons, James and Anton Klett, both of Carmel, NY.
