Shirley Kelly, age 86, of Belcamp, Maryland passed away on October 14, 2021 at Upper Chesapeake Medical Center in Bel Air, Maryland. Born in Durham, North Carolina, she was the daughter of Arthur and Iola (Phillips) Booth and wife of the late William Kelly. She Retired in 2007 as a supervisory contract specialist after working 40 years at Aberdeen Proving Ground Contracting Command. She loved spending time with her family and many friends, shopping, visiting the beach and one of her favorite places was the casino. Shirley is survived by her daughter, Rhonda Schulz and son-in-law Walter Schulz; grandchildren, Stacy Giattino, Daniel Freidly, Lindsay Schulz and Brooke Schulz; and great grandchildren, Chloe, and Chandler. In addition to her husband and parents, Shirley was preceded in death by her daughter, Kathy Parks Freidly, son, William Buren Parks III and siblings, siblings, Margaret, Sybil, Thelma, Jack and A.G. Contributions may be made to St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital, PO Box 50, Memphis, TN 38101.
