Shirley Joan Weber

Shirley Joan Weber, age 74, of Bel Air, MD, died on March 9, 2010 at Hart Heritage in Forest Hill, MD. Born in Runnemede, NJ, she was the daughter of the late Thomas Francis Maher Sr. and Ruth Naomi Voss Holter, and wife of the late Charles Terre Weber. She retired, after 20 years, from C&P Telephone Company where she was a customer service representative. An avid football, baseball, and college basketball fan, she enjoyed going to Atlantic City and traveling. She also volunteered for Meals on Wheels.

Mrs. Weber is survived by her son, Kevin Weber of Abingdon, MD; daughters, Theresa L. Frankowski and husband, Ed, of Pylesville, MD and Beth Walsh of Conowingo, MD; brothers, William Maher of NJ, Robert Maher of MD; sisters, Doris Shea of MD, Elizabeth Collins of NC, Grace Cadogan of MD, and Ruth Brock of MD; stepfather, Walter J. Holter of Chincoteague, VA; and three grandchildren. In addition to her parents and husband, she was predeceased by her brothers, Thomas Maher Jr. and Kenneth Maher.

Pallbearers will be Charles K. Weber, Ed Frankowski, Bill Walsh, Russell English Jr., Rusty English III, and Alex English.
