Shirley J. Stoyer

SHIRLEY J. STOYER, age 61, of Rising Sun, formerly of Harford County, died at her home on March 22, 2004. Born in Sneedville, Tennessee, she was the daughter of the late Walter and Mary Katherine Henderson DePew. She had worked for Congressman Gilcrest for 14 years as a district representative in Bel Air.

Mrs. Stoyer is survived by one son, W. Chris Stoyer of Aberdeen; one daughter, Cara A. Stoyer of Rising Sun; one brother, Randy DePew of Pfafftown, North Carolina; one sister, Patsy Estes of Kingsport, Tennessee; and one grandson, Shawn C. Stoyer of Melburne, Florida.
