Shirley Helen Moran

Shirley Helen Moran, passed away at Lorien Nursing Home in Riverside on June 13, 2009 at the age of 84. She was born on December 18, 1924 in Bronx, NY, and was the daughter of the late Philip and Anna Marie Ziehl Eberle and the wife of the late Peter G. Moran, who passed away in 1980.

Mrs. Moran was a telephone operator in New York City in the 1940's. She was an excellent seamstress and homemaker. She especially enjoyed going shopping and spending time with her family and grandchildren.

She is survived by a daughter, Carolann Sheetz and her husband, Samuel, of Aldino, MD; grandchildren, Erik S. Sheetz and his wife, Wendy, of Macungie, PA, Jenna-Leigh Testerman and her husband, Mark, of Rising Sun, MD; and five great-grandchildren, Madison and Dawson Sheetz, and Kaila, Jacob, and Grace Testerman. She is also survived by her special friend and companion of 25 years, William Craig of Bel Air, MD.

Pallbearers will be Erik Sheetz, Mark Testerman, Dawson Sheetz, Jacob Testerman, Larry Sheetz, Bob Williams, and Dean Wilding.
