Shirley Elizabeth Waddell

Shirley Elizabeth Waddell, age 84, of Edgewood, Maryland passed away on January 30, 2021 at Harford Memorial Hospital in Havre de Grace, Maryland. Born in Tazewell, Virginia, she was the daughter of Owen A. and Bertha E. Bowling and wife of the late Clinton C. Waddell. Shirley enjoyed cooking but most of all loved her family and spending time with them very much.

Shirley is survived by her son, Clinton Waddell, Jr.; daughter, Rhonda J. Lipscomb and her husband Francis; granddaughter Tiffany Roe and her husband John and grandson Francis Lipscomb, Jr. and his wife Samantha; one great granddaughter, Elena Lipscomb; two brothers, Edward and Leonard "Peanut" Bowling and many loving nieces, nephews, and extended family.

Preceded by her siblings Nellie Tullock, Jean Lewis, John Bowling, Allen Bowling and Jack Bowling.
