Shirley Ann Jacobs

SHIRLEY ANN JACOBS, age 70, of Essex, formerly of Harford County, died on January 24, 2006 at Manor Care, Rossville. Born in Auburn, NY, she was the daughter of the late Anthony and Josephine Beecher Hruby. She was a homemaker and a member of the Ladies’ Auxiliary of American Legion Post #148.

Ms. Jacobs is survived by her husband, Paul V. Jacobs, of Edgewood, MD; two sons, Gary L. Yeo of Maynardville, TN and Paul Allen Jacobs, and his wife Cheryl, of Edgewood, MD; two daughters, Francesca Louise Vacek of Bel Air and Verna Ann Dunn of Berkley Springs, WV; seven grandchildren; one great-grandson; and her fiancé, John R. Gilson, Sr., of Middle River, MD.
