Sherry Carroll

Sherry Carroll, age 92, of Abingdon, Maryland passed away on March 17, 2021 at Senator Bob Hooper House in Forest Hill, Maryland. Born in Baltimore, Maryland, she was the daughter of Wilbur Gordon and Mary Ruth (Nusbaum) Hoffman and wife of the late Howard Irvine Carroll. Sherry loved to travel and was an amazing quilter, she was loved by all who knew her and will be dearly missed by them.

Sherry is survived by her two daughters, Laurie McParland and her husband, Kevin and Amy Nash and her husband, Henry; two sons, Robert Carroll and his wife, Nancy and David Carroll and his wife, Patricia; seven grandchildren, Megan McParland, Daniel and Samuel Smith, Jessica and Paul Carroll, Laurel Flory, and India Carroll; eight great grandchildren; and brother, Gordon Hoffman.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by grandchild, Rachel Carroll, and sister, Joan Melhorn.
