Shelia Jean Rice

SHELIA JEAN RICE, age 61, of Edgewood, MD, died at Good Samaritan Hospital, Baltimore, MD, on June 4, 2008. Born in Clarksburg, WV, she was the daughter of the late Robert Haynes and Mary Lucille Humphrey Caynor. She worked at Bel Loc Diner for 35 years as a waitress where she loved her boss, co-workers, and customers. She adored her husband, children, grandchildren and did all she could for them.

Mrs. Rice is survived by her husband of 43 years, Roger Lee Rice, Sr. of Edgewood, MD; two sons, Roger Lee Rice, Jr. and Thomas E. Rice, both of Edgewood, MD; a daughter, Cheryl R. Spencer of Dover, PA; a brother, John Robert Caynor of Meridian, MS; two sisters, Jo Ann C. Brehm of Hanover, PA and Deborah Lynn Barron of Edgewood, MD; and five grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by two brothers, Kenneth Joe and Larry Caynor.
