Sheila Colleen Durst

Sheila Colleen Durst, age 66, of Abingdon, MD passed away on June 9, 2018 at Upper Chesapeake Medical Center in Bel Air, MD. Born in Baltimore, MD, she was the daughter of Owen and Helen (Honce) Spedden. She grew up in Dundalk and was the first female police officer of Baltimore City. She loved animals, traveling, laughing, and enjoyed trivia.

Ms. Durst is survived by grandsons, Stephen Durst, Jr. (Robert Heacock, Jr.), Alexander Durst, Tyler Durst, Michael Durst, TJ Durst, and Chris Durst.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Dennis Spedden.
