Sharon C. Kennard

Sharon C. Kennard, age 51, of Forest Hill, MD passed away on January 14, 2013 at Upper Chesapeake Medical Center in Bel Air, MD surrounded by her loving family.  Born in Havre de Grace, MD, she was the daughter of the late Elmore Richard and Sarah Jane Gibson Kennard.  A Harford County native, Sharon graduated from Bel Air High School in 1980. She worked in nursing for many years starting as a Nursing Assistant at several area nursing homes. She furthered her nursing career and graduated from the Harford Community College Nursing Program as an LPN. Sharon was currently employed by Conmed Healthcare Management and worked at the Harford County Detention Center.

Ms. Kennard is survived by her son, Quentin J. Kennard (Tiffany) of Honolulu, HI; brother, David Kennard of York, PA; sister, Eleanor Kennard of Bel Air; companion of 22 years George Harris; nephews Damon Kennard (Angie) of Falls Church, VA; Lamar Kennard (Adrianne) of Bel Air; TaVaun Kennard of York, PA and a host of relatives and friends.
