Sharon Ann Kontrabecki, 74, of Havre de Grace, MD, passed away at home, surrounded by her family, on July 6, 2021. Born on February 12, 1947 in Niagara Falls, NY, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Jennie (Wojton) Szczepanski. After graduating from high school, she attended cosmetology school and subsequently opened her own beauty salon. In addition to tending to her family, her interests included cruising, traveling, attending concerts, shopping, and relaxing on the beach in Ocean City, MD with her family. She was a talented organizer, cook, hostess, and crafter and encouraged her children and grandchildren to carry on the legacy.
