Sarah Woodby, age 84, of Street, Maryland passed away on November 6, 2022 at Senator Bob Hooper House in Forest Hill, Maryland. Born in Virginia, she was the daughter of John and Margaret (Richardson) Lowman and wife of the late Joseph Ray Woodby. Sarah loved putting puzzles together during the winter months, gardening and traveling the US.
Sarah is survived by her daughters, Carol Marn and Robin Woodby, both of Street; son, Ron Woodby of Street; brothers, Dewey John Wesley Lowman, Sr., Robert Thomas Lowman, William Gene (Gail) Lowman and Harry Donald (Dorothy) Lowman, Sr.; and sisters, Cleta McCullough and Mary Helen Wells.
