Wagner, Jr. and wife Betty of Forest Hill, Maryland; Kenneth Paul Wagner Sr.; of Cockeysville, Maryland; and Donna Jean Lea and husband Mark of Goldsboro, North Carolina. Also survived by 4 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren, sisters- Jean Klosterman and Patricia Jone of Baltimore. Services are private.
