"Sandy" Sandra Richardson

“Sandy” Sandra Richardson, age 75, of Joppa, Maryland passed away on December 30, 2018 at Gilchrist Hospice in Towson, Maryland. Born in South Ashburnham, Massachusetts, she was the daughter of William Kenneth and Frances Louise (Palmer) Godfrey and wife of the late Gerald John Richardson. Sandy worked in child care as a Nanny. She loved to play cards and scrabble with her family and loved to win. She also enjoyed binge watching Grey’s Anatomy with her grandchildren, was a lifelong Johnny Cash lover, and enjoyed spending time with family.

Mrs. Richardson is survived by son, James Richardson and wife, Marie; two daughters, Cynthia Morgan and husband, Jay and Lisa Richardson; brother, William Godfrey, Jr.; and sister, Diane Oliva; grandchildren, Corey Morgan, Jennie Lynn Richardson, Ashley Lee, Katie Morgan, James Richardson Jr., Tristan Morgan, John Richardson, Grace Shumway, Shaylin Richardson; and great grandchildren, Charlotte O’Conner and Nicholas Boisvert.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by grandchild, Brooklynn Janelle Greene, and her sister and best friend, Linda Crocker.

Throughout her life Sandy has touched and affected many family and friends that will miss her for the rest of their life. Goodbye Gram, we love you!
