Sally N. Ross

SALLY N. ROSS, age 88, of Abingdon, MD, died on June 3, 2007 at Upper Chesapeake Medical Center, Bel Air, MD. Born in Abingdon, VA, she was the daughter of the late Harrison Newton and Mary Emiline Orfield Neal. She attended Bible Baptist Church.

Mrs. Ross is survived by her older daughter, Polly Archer of Abingdon, MD, two stepdaughters, Betty Thompson of Florida, and Ann Maruyama of Yorktown, VA; nine grandchildren, and several great grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her first husband of 31 years, David F. Rush, and her second husband of 33 years, Wilmer B. Ross, eight siblings, and her younger daughter, Carolyn Delaney.

Pallbearers will be Robert Stone, Howard Archer, David Archer, Bobby Stone, Steven Archer, Rush Delaney, and Richard Maruyama.
