Sally F. Myers

Sally F. Myers, age 82, of Street, Maryland, passed away on August 18, 2024. Born in Whiteford, Maryland, she was the daughter of the late Donald and Mary (Comer) Bebber and the beloved wife of the late John P. Myers, to whom she was married for 58 years.

Sally was a devoted member of The Knights of Columbus Ladies of Council #11372 in Abingdon, Maryland. She had a passion for growing flowers and vegetable gardening, and she took great pride in mowing and maintaining her landscape. Sally’s generosity and compassion were evident in her care for the homeless; she often provided clothes and food to those in need, touching the lives of everyone she met and leaving a lasting impression on many.

Sally is survived by her sons, Dwayne C. (Lisa) Jones of Jarrettsville, MD, Michael W. Myers of Street, MD, and John E. Myers of Street, MD; her daughter, Donna L. (Scott) McCammon of Fallston, MD; her grandsons, Donald Jones and Raymond Myers; her granddaughters, Stephanie Johnson, Megan Bliss, and Kimberly Foster; nine great-grandchildren; and her sister, Lura "Elizabeth" Jones.

In addition to her husband and parents, Sally was preceded in death by her brothers, Donald Bebber and Ed Bebber, and her sisters, Mary Broyles Ogier, Lillian Phipps, and Carolyn Hanson.
