Sally Joann Sherman

Sally Joann Sherman, age 80, of Baldwin, MD passed away on January 4, 2013 at Upper Chesapeake Medical Center in Bel Air, MD. Born in Auburn, IN she was the daughter of the late Robert Lee and Marie C. Ice Greenfield. An avid reader, she enjoyed nature and flowers.

Mrs. Sherman is the beloved wife of the late Jack Sherman; beloved mother of Robert Schimmel and William Schimmel III both of IN, C. Bruce Schimmel of FL, Michael Sherman of Whiteford, Matthew Sherman of Delta, PA, Kathy Toon and Chris Mahoney both of Clarksville, TN, Amy Heitmuller of Darlington and Lois Altimus of Ozark, AR. Survived by brothers, Bud and Mike Greenfield of IN, Jerry Greenfield of AZ, Tom and Dave Greenfield of IN ; sister, Susie Kruger of Auburn, IN; 17 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents and husband she was predeceased by her brothers, Robert Greenfield Jr., Keith Greenfield and Gene Greenfield.
