Sally J. Weber Cowan

Sally J. Weber Cowan, age 79, of Bel Air, MD, passed away on February 4, 2014 at Stella Maris Hospice in Timonium, MD. Born in Bel Air, MD, she was the daughter of the late Harry LeRoy and Lena Marie Jackson Weber and wife of the late Cecil A. Cowan Jr. A lifelong resident of Bel Air, she was a 1953 graduate of Bel Air High School. She was a member of the VFW Ladies Auxiliary in Jarrettsville and enjoyed playing bingo.

Mrs. Cowan is survived by her sons, Cecil A. Cowan III of Baltimore, Stephen H. Cowan of Bel Air and Tom E. Cowan of Rising Sun; daughter, Karen M. Reilly of Bel Air and Kathy L. Heath of Conowingo; brother William Weber of Ocean City; 11 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents and husband she was predeceased by her son, Gary M. Cowan.
