Sadie Mae Street

Sadie Mae Street, age 80, of Bel Air, MD passed away on October 21, 2012 at Upper Chesapeake Medical Center in Bel Air, MD. Born in Honaker, VA, she was the daughter of the late Arnold Dickerson and Magnora Miller Hubbard and wife of the late Jessie Cleveland Street Jr. A homemaker, she was a Harford County resident since 1978 and past member of the Dublin VFW Ladies Auxiliary. She enjoyed crocheting, was an excellent cook, was very giving and loved her family, and liked to make holidays special for them.

Mrs. Street is survived by her sons, Jessee Street and wife, Mary, of Rising Sun, MD and David W. Street of Bel Air, MD; daughters, Sue Rufenacht and husband, Michael, of Bel Air, MD, Jessie M. Street of Aberdeen, MD and Lucy Dawson and husband, Ted, of Aberdeen, MD; seven siblings, James Hubbard and wife, Delphia, of Shelby OH, Bill Hubbard of Shelby, OH, Anna Marcolina of New Park, PA, Myrtle Meyers of Hebron, MD, Mary Brewer of Bean Station, TN, Jerry Hubbard and wife, Linda, of Shelby, OH, and Joyce Shepard and husband, Garland, of Honaker, VA; nine grandchildren, Richard and Sandy Schruefer of Yuba City, CA, Barbara and Doug Wagner of Forest Hill, MD, Kevin Street of Edgewood, MD, Heather and Jason Rains of Glen Burnie, MD, Robert Blankenship of TN, April Street of Rising Sun, MD, Zack Street of Ft. Drum, NY, Kevin Thompson of Street, MD and Lee and Christina Link of Rincon, GA; and seven great grandchildren, Jessie Schruefer of Yuba City, CA, Amanda and Morgan Link of Rincon, GA, Dylan and Jaclyn Wagner of Forest Hill, MD, Ian Blankenship of PA and Bryce Thompson of Street, MD . In addition to her parents and husband she was predeceased by siblings, Love and Bill Whited of Dublin, VA and Jackie Deen Hubbard of Honaker, VA; and granddaughter, Jennifer Blankenship.
