Ruth M. Mangione

Ruth M. Mangione, age 72, of Bel Air, MD, passed away on December 10, 2011 at her home. Born in Baltimore, MD, she was the daughter of the late William Joseph and Florence Elizabeth Barnes Henderson. A resident of Harford County for 40 years, she had been employed for six years as a Program Manager for Social Security Administration and for 15 years at U.S.F.&G.

Mrs. Mangione is survived by her husband of 48 years, Louis Joseph Mangione Sr. of Bel Air, MD; son, Louis J. Mangione Jr. and wife, Georgiann J., of Aberdeen, MD; daughters, Marylu Downey and husband, Gary C., of Bel Air, MD and Sharon Ann Mengel and husband, Neil, of Grasonville, MD; four grandchildren, Nicholas J. and Megan R. Mangione of Aberdeen, MD, Jennifer M. McGuire of Bel Air, MD and Andrew D. Mengel of Grasonville, MD; and step-grandchildren, Hope E. and Colin Downey. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her brother William Henderson.
