Ruby Lee Miller

RUBY LEE MILLER, age 85, of Bel Air, MD, died on August 3, 2008 at her home. Born in Capels, WV, she was one of eight children of the late Thomas Riley and Alberta Lee Short Wilson and wife of the late Ray O. Miller. A resident of Harford County for 47 years, she had worked at Don's Floors in Forest Hill, as well as, Maryland Lava Company in Dublin, MD. She volunteered at the Darlington Fire Company, and enjoyed playing cards and doing word search puzzles.

Mrs. Miller is survived by four sons, Gerald L. Miller of Peach Bottom, PA, Thomas A. Miller of Holtwood, PA, Donald E. Miller of Bel Air, MD, and Johnnie R. Miller of Street, MD; five daughters, Phyllis R. King and Alice F. Palm, both of Edgewood, MD, Kathy L. Badders of Street, MD, Connie G. Martin of Aberdeen, MD, and A. Sue Landon of Delta, PA; 21 grandchildren and 29 great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents and husband, she was predeceased by a son, Daniel Miller; two grandchildren, R. Glenn Miller and Keith Allen Bennett, and seven siblings, Dorothy Hoffman, Lucille Crigger, Pauline Cochran, Rose Robinson, Cleo Mitchell, Josephine Dillon, and Thomas Wilson.

Pallbearers will be Gerald Miller, Thomas Miller, Donald Miller, Johnnie Miller, Charles Smith, and Gerald Miller Jr.
