Royce B. Edwards

Royce B. Edwards, age 87, of Cambridge, MD passed away on March 22, 2018 at his home. Born in Bel Air, MD, he was the son of Burnett and Mildred (Spencer) Edwards. A decorated veteran of the U.S. Army, he served our country in the Korean War and then worked as a civilian for the Federal Government where he retired after 34 years of service. He and his wife moved to Cambridge, MD after retirement and have spent the last 25 years there. He really enjoyed living there and watching the local wildlife. He also enjoyed boating and RVing, especially to Florida where they had property.

Mr. Edwards is survived by his wife of 60 years, Patricia Lee (Fristoe) Edwards; son, Keith Allen Edwards (Margie); siblings, Ella Mae Richardson, Donald Edwards, Betty Ann Furlong and Beverly Powers; and grandchild, Alayna Nelson. He was preceded in death by his brother, Lawrence Reid Edwards.
