Roy Parlett

Roy Parlett, age 74, of Havre de Grace, Maryland passed away on August 11, 2023 at Harford Memorial Hospital in Havre de Grace, Maryland. Born in Perry Hall, Maryland, he was the son of Norman and Sabina (Burton) Parlett. He was a veteran of the U.S. Navy and served during the Vietnam Era. Roy worked at Union Memorial Hospital in Baltimore for over 20 years and then retired from Ruskey Construction Company. He enjoyed making military models and playing with Lincoln Logs. He had an extensive movie collection.
         
Roy is survived by his wife of 47 years, Etta Parlett; daughters, Kera (Christopher) Miller and Hannah (Mayo) Latham; son, Matthew Parlett; grandchildren, Callie Miller, Sienna Miller and Joshua Latham; sister, Marie "Sis" Dilworth; and many nieces, nephews and extended family.
 
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his son, Joshua Parlett.
