Roxie Lolita Gullion

Roxie L. Gullion, 84, of Forest Hill, MD went home to be with God on July 7, 2023.

Roxie was born June 18, 1939 in Delta PA.  She was the daughter of the late Robert Fulton and Elizabeth (Barton) Dinsmore.  Roxie retired in 2010 from Upper Chesapeake Medical Center after 26 years of service.  She worked in telecommunications as a Switchboard Operator.  Roxie enjoyed traveling the globe to include all 50 states, gardening, reading, and spending time with family.

Roxie was married for 38 years to the late Ellis Franklin Gullion.  She is survived by 3 children: H. Michael Gullion and his wife Stella, Alicia M. Garrigan and her husband Shawn, and Tanya Peel; 3 siblings:  Sue Bonville of York PA, Paul Dinsmore of North East MD, and Bruce Dinsmore of Darlington MD.  Roxie was also a loving Grandma to 6 Grandchildren and 6 great Grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her siblings: Bob Dinsmore, Harold Dinsmore, Mabel Cox, Ross Dinsmore, and Grace Cline.

Services are scheduled for Wednesday, July 12, 2023 at McComas Funeral Home in Abingdon MD at 10:00 with the Rev James E. Parks officiating.  Interment will be in Bel Air Memorial Gardens.
