Rosie T. Sebree died peacefully at her home in Bel Air on November 1, 2008. She was 83 years of age. Born on January 15, 1925 in Morgantown, WV, she graduated from Monongahela Township High School in Mapleton, PA in 1943. She traveled to Baltimore in 1946 and became a seamstress. She contributed 21 years of service at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Maryland in the Research and Resolution Department. She will be remembered fondly for her many years of love that she gave to her family and friends. She enjoyed arts and crafts, fashion, singing, and gardening. She was a member of St. Margaret's Church in Bel Air.
She is survived by daughter, Carolyn L. Marshall and her husband, Ray Marshall; granddaughter, Christina Marshall Truitt; great-granddaughter, Cerina R. Marshall; and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband, Carey A. Sebree; son, John A. Sebree; and daughter, Kathleen R. Sebree.
The family will celebrate her life privately with Deacon Gregory Rapisarda presiding.
