Rosie Osborn

Rosie Osborn, age 81, of Aberdeen, Maryland passed away on January 2, 2018 at University of Maryland Medical Center in Baltimore, Maryland. Born in Marion, Virginia, she was the daughter of Elsie (West) Stein and wife of the late Jackie Eugene Osborn. She enjoyed playing bingo and taking care of all her children.

Mrs. Osborn is survived by three sons, Christopher Michael Osborn of Delta, PA, Addie Eugene Osborn of Essex and Jerry Thomas Osborn of Rising Sun; three granddaughters, Tina Osborn, Mary Osborn and April Hall; grandson, Tony Osborn; and brother, James West.

In addition to her mother and husband, she was preceded in death by her siblings, Harold West, Virginia West and Mae Dalton; and daughter, Jamie Osborn Hall.
