Rose Cervin

ROSE CERVIN, age 95, of Abingdon, MD, died on April 26, 2008 at Citizens Nursing Home in Havre de Grace, MD. Born in Chicago, IL, she was the daughter of the late Jan Kortus and Rose Voldrich and wife of the late John Cervin. She lived 22 years in Chicago, for awhile in Berwyn, and at one time had seen Al Capone. She was a life member of Sokol Baltimore and was an honorary member of the Abingdon Volunteer Fire Company. She enjoyed dancing and singing.

Mrs. Cervin is survived by her son, John Cervin Jr. of Fallston, MD; two daughters, Rose Marie Krajca of Abingdon, MD and Ann Huber of Fallston, MD; four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
