Rose Ann Custer

Rose Ann Custer, age 91, of Joppa, MD, passed away on December 31, 2016 at Lorien in Bel Air. She was born in Garrett, PA to Wasco Charles and Catherine (Minko) Nider and was the wife of the late Robert Perry Custer Sr. She had worked as an electronic technician and was a volunteer at Forest Hill Health and Rehab where she read books to the patients. She enjoyed time spent with her family.

She is survived by her daughters, Kay A. Bull of Joppa and Jane E. Richardson of Street; 7 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents and husband, she was predeceased by her son, Robert P. Custer Jr. and her son-in-law, Willard L. Bull Sr.
