Ronald Clyde Gatewood

Ronald Clyde Gatewood, age 68, of Elkins, WV passed away on February 22, 2016 at St. Mary's Hospital in Huntington, WV. Born in Wheeling, WV, he was the son of the late Clyde Edward Gatewood and Laura Lee (Hupp) Gatewood. Mr. Gatewood was graduate of Bishop Donahue HS, McMechen, WV, and Marshall University, and a longtime resident of Glen Dale, WV, Bel Air, MD, and Elkins, WV. He was an active loving husband, father and grandfather. Mr Gatewood retired from Ford Motor Company, and was a member of the Knights of Columbus and the Sons of the American Legion, and the Harford Hooksetters Fishing Club.

Mr. Gatewood is survived by his wife of 46 years, Patricia A. (Antal) Gatewood; sons, Sean D. Gatewood of Huntington, WV and Brady N. Gatewood of Bel Air; brother, Robert E. Gatewood of Sandwich, MA; sisters, Kathryn "Kitty" M. Lee of Elkins, WV and Paula A. Schubert of Glen Dale, WV; and grandchildren, John "Hunter" Gatewood, William "Grant" Gatewood and Laura Elizabeth Gatewood.
