Romaine Louise Rowland

Romaine Louise Rowland, age 95, of Jarrettsville, Maryland passed away on November 11, 2023, at Top of the Hill Manor Assisted Living in Street, Maryland. Born in Rocks, Maryland, she was the daughter of the late Giles and Alice (Knopp) Jones.  She was the wife of the late Dean Rowland for 49 years. Living in Rocks, Maryland all her life, Romaine was a full-time homemaker and loved her family dearly. A long-time member of Edgewood Assembly of God Church, she was faithful to her God.  
      
Romaine is survived by her daughters, Bonnie (Jim) Fisher and Judy Vest; grandchildren, Amanda (Sean) Atkinson, and Drew (Elissa) Hoopes; step granddaughter, Jessica Vest; great grandchild, Levi Atkinson.

In addition to her parents and husband she was preceded in death by her brother, Ralph Jones.
