Roger Sexton

Roger Sexton, age 76, of Joppa, MD passed away on November 29, 2018 at Upper Chesapeake Medical Center in Bel Air, MD. Born in Bel Air, he was the son of Woodrow and Ruby Sexton. He graduated from Bel Air High School in 1960 and worked for Safeway for 40 plus years at several locations. He was a member of Calvary Baptist Church where he served as a Deacon and sung in the gospel quartet for 40 plus years and was a former member at Bel Forest Baptist Church and Prince of Peace Baptist Church. He enjoyed sports, especially enjoyed bowling and loved spending time with his family.

Mr. Sexton is survived by his wife, Alice Sexton; brother, Talmage Sexton (Sally) and many loving, nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his brother, Rudolph Sexton.
