Roger ''Pete'' G. Kincaid

Roger "Pete" G. Kincaid, age 86, of Churchville, MD, died on October 25, 2010 at Harford Memorial Hospital in Havre de Grace, MD. Born in Calvert, MD, he was the 13th child of the late Charles Herman and Louisa Wilkerson Jourdan Kincaid. He retired, after 37 years, from Aberdeen Proving Ground where he was a Test Engineer, and from RCA where he had worked for five years. An avid sportsman, golfer, horseman, and baseball fan, he had once played on the old Susquehanna Baseball League. He was an active hunter and target shooter, loved cars, enjoyed woodworking, and also helped his son on the home farm. He was a founding member of the Churchville Lions Club where he had received the Melvin Jones Fellowship Award.

Mr. Kincaid is survived by his wife of 60 years, Mary Nell Tilley Kincaid of Churchville, MD; son, C. Michael Kincaid and wife, Pam, of Rising Sun, MD; sisters, Margaret Kincaid of Rising Sun, MD, Leone Monscevitz of North East, MD, and Melva Simmers of Rising Sun, MD. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his siblings, Edwin, Charles, Paul and Ernest Kincaid, Elizabeth Kincaid, Sara Burlin, Emil Lee Kincaid, Vesta Kincaid, and Brenice Angel.
