Rodney S. Martin

Rodney S. Martin, age 65, of Bel Air, MD passed away on July 22, 2018 at the Senator Bob Hooper House in Forest Hill, MD. Born in Havre de Grace, MD, he was the son of Jeanne Marie (Wilson) Martin and the late Edward Benjamin Martin. He worked for Tate Access flooring for 40 years. He enjoyed playing softball and coaching fast pitch women's softball, he enjoyed watching and playing golf, and he even watched women's golf. He was an avid sportsman, he enjoyed watching the home teams O's and Ravens and loved his music. He earned a degree in History, was an avid historian, and was fascinated with the history of traveling in space and enjoyed learning everything he could. Rodney had a special place in his heart for his 2 pugs, Norman and the late Maddy.

In addition to his mother, Mr. Martin is survived by his wife, Lisa Martin; stepson, Chad Lester of Severn; step grandchildren, Kendra and Aria; sister, Kimberly Martin of Hickory; and an extended loving family.
