Robin Lee Wantz

Robin Lee Wantz, age 55, of Bel Air, MD passed away on February 18, 2012 at her home. Born in Baltimore, MD, she was the daughter of Robert Vernon Wantz and his wife Diana Wantz of Saginaw, MI, and the late Nancy Lee Parks Wantz, of Princess Anne, MD. A 1975 graduate of Edgewood High School she earned a BSN from Salisbury University, MSA from Central Michigan University and MSN from Johns Hopkins School of Nursing. Since 1989 she had been a Nurse Manager at Johns Hopkins Hospital.

In addition to her father, she is survived by her daughter, Jessica Lee LeBrun of Bel Air, MD; brothers, David W. Wantz of Indianapolis, IN, Jeffrey Scott Wantz of Bel Air, MD and Brent Coaster of Travers City, MI; sisters, Suanne Marie DeVaughn of Wenona, MD and Andrea McDonald of Saginaw, MI; fourteen nieces and nephews: Annie Mack; Jacob, Corbett, and Aubrey Wantz; Zachary, Joshua and Caleb DeVaughn; Zachary Mueller; Ashley, Ryan and Shawn McDonald; Ava, Briton, and Maisie Coaster; and one great-niece, Addison DeVaughn.

In lieu of flowers, gifts in memory of Robin Wantz may be directed to support the Fetting Fund for Breast Cancer Prevention at the Johns Hopkins Kimmel Cancer Center.
